Here are some useful tips:

• Enter the program name and its version number EXACTLY as it appears on About screen or program's official website, including spaces, dots, slashes etc.
• Try entering program name and only first digit (or digits) of its version number.
• Try entering program name WITHOUT its version number.
• Try entering only a part of program name instead of whole name.
• Try to search for software manufacturer name. There are many versatile or "generic" cracks named, for example, "Macromedia All Products". So try searching for "macromedia".
